Garrett established GRCCC in September 2008 following numerous years in various quantity surveying practices. Garret brings huge management strength, enthusiasm and motivation to his team along with wide experience in all construction sectors including specialised medical and pharma construction.

Garrett's experience extends to all areas of quantity surveying practice and estimating,
from initial cost planning and procurement through to administering various Contract
Forms and agreeing final accounts.
